Find out why 100K+ engineers read The Code twice a week

Staying behind on tech trends can be a career killer.

But let’s face it, no one has hours to spare every week trying to stay updated.

That’s why over 100,000 engineers at companies like Google, Meta, and Apple read The Code twice a week.

Here’s why it works:

  • No fluff, just signal – Learn the most important tech news delivered in just two short emails.

  • Supercharge your skills – Get access to top research papers and resources that give you an edge in the industry.

  • See the future first – Discover what’s next before it hits the mainstream, so you can lead, not follow.

The week of Thanksgiving is upon us y’all! I can’t wait to eat good food and watch stuff, and yeah hang with the family. What new stuff is available? I’m going to start with streaming and then touch on what is actually in theaters.

In Theaters

Wicked: For Good

The sequel to Wicked is out and had a huge weekend at the box office. I think it is better than the first movie.

Rental Family

We follow the story of an American actor (Brendan Fraser) in Tokyo struggling to find purpose. He lands an unusual gig: working for a Japanese "rental family" agency.

Zootopia 2

Oh yes it is finally here! The early critics reviews are looking very promising so I will need to watch this film probably twice in theaters.

Predator: Badlands

If you’re looking for an excellent sci-fi, action-packed adventure that is high quality all around, do yourself a favor and watch this movie.

Hamnet

From director Chloé Zhao who won Best Director at the 2021 Oscars comes the story of the “supposed” origin of Hamlet.

Eternity

In an afterlife where souls have one week to decide where to spend eternity, Joan (Elizabeth Olsen) is faced with the impossible choice between the man (Miles Teller) she spent her life with and her first love (Callum Turner), who died young and has waited decades for her to arrive.
